About the position

We are looking for individuals with a proven track record in sales. You will serve as the point of contact between our company and its current and prospective customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept responsibility for effectively resolving customer issues and inquiries, with customer satisfaction at the forefront of all decisions and actions.

What will you do?

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner; 
• Follow communication “scripts” when dealing with various topics; 
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner; 
• Follow communication “scripts” when dealing with various topics; 
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives; 
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise; and 
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
• Maintain clear records of all conversations in our CRM database.
•Attend educational webinars on a regular basis to improve your knowledge and performance on the latest technological developments.
•Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals

What do you need?

• Previous experience in sales or customer service role
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• High school degree
